Terms & Conditions for Job Posting by Companies
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the posting of job opportunities by companies on the ReHuCap and Resurgent Careers platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By submitting a job posting, the company (“Employer”) agrees to comply with the following terms:
1. Eligibility of Employers
Job postings may be submitted only by legally registered organizations, startups, institutions, or authorized recruitment partners.
The Employer confirms that they are duly authorized to post jobs on behalf of their organization.
2. Accuracy of Job Information
- All job details provided must be accurate, complete, and not misleading, including role description, qualifications, location, compensation (if disclosed), and employment type.
- ReHuCap reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any job posting that contains false, misleading, or incomplete information.
3. Prohibited Job Postings
- Any form of fraudulent, scam, or deceptive employment opportunity.
- Jobs requiring upfront fees, deposits, or payments from candidates.
- Roles that violate applicable labor laws, regulations, or ethical standards.
- Discriminatory job postings based on gender, caste, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any protected category.
4. Compliance with Laws
- Employers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international labor, employment, and data protection laws.
- ReHuCap acts only as a facilitation platform and does not assume employer responsibilities.
5. Use of Candidate Data
- Candidate information received through the Platform must be used strictly for recruitment purposes related to the posted role.
- Employers must not sell, share, or misuse candidate data and must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
6. Screening & Hiring Responsibility
- ReHuCap does not guarantee candidate suitability, performance, or hiring outcomes.
- All screening, interviewing, background verification, and hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the Employer.
7. Intellectual Property
- Employers grant ReHuCap a non-exclusive right to display, distribute, and promote the job posting content on its platforms and partner channels.
- Employers confirm that submitted content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
8. Job Posting Duration & Removal
- Job postings will remain active for a defined period as determined by ReHuCap or until filled, whichever is earlier.
- ReHuCap reserves the right to remove postings at its discretion without prior notice if they violate these T&C.
9. Fees & Commercial Terms
- Job posting fees, if applicable, will be communicated separately and agreed upon prior to publication.
- All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
- ReHuCap shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, disputes, or claims arising from job postings or hiring outcomes.
- Employers agree to indemnify ReHuCap against any claims resulting from their job postings or hiring practices.
11. Platform Rights
- ReHuCap reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
