Encouraging Interaction at Skill Summit BLR 2025
At the Skill Summit BLR 2025, I had the opportunity to meet Hon’ble Minister Priyank Kharge, Minister for IT, BT, and PR, Government of Karnataka. During our brief but meaningful interaction, we discussed the IIT Kharagpur – Global Capability Centers (GCCs) initiative and its potential impact on India’s evolving talent and innovation ecosystem.
The Hon’ble Minister’s response was highly encouraging and reaffirmed the relevance of industry–academia collaboration in building future-ready skills, strengthening GCC ecosystems, and creating globally competitive career pathways for Indian professionals.
Such engagements reinforce ReHuCap’s mission to bridge capability gaps, enable reskilling at scale, and support initiatives that align education, industry, and public policy. We look forward to deeper collaboration and continued dialogue as India accelerates its journey toward becoming a global talent powerhouse.
